3.2.1 This agreement sets minimum wages. If you want a printed copy of this agreement, we advise you to download the following PDF version. 3.15.4 A worker who starts work during the year does not have access to an annual contract until early next year. 3.7.1 In the event of an appointment, workers may be placed at any time within the limits of the upper and lower rates in the grade applicable to the position. Factors to consider in deciding the effective departure rate are: 3.6.1 Each position is placed within one of the four grades (A, B, C or D), with the exception of executive management Group positions and the positions covered by Part 3A below. 3.1.3 The management group is reserved for staff members who: 3.6.8 Any employee employed for two or more different positions is assigned to the corresponding rank for each position, as described in this clause. 3.5.4 The job description and/or written requirements may be updated by the employer after consultation with the worker (at the time of the annual assessment or on another date). Substantial changes to the job description and/or written requirements can only be made after consultation with the worker by the employer and after seeking to reach an agreement. 3.9.1 The movement between ranks is by appointment to a specific position or by reassessing a position in which the requirements of the position have changed significantly. The employer takes into account the factors of point 3.6 or 3A.3 as criteria for movement between grades. If the movement between grades is made, the employee is paid at least the same level as the previous rate paid by the worker. 3.15.3 The following workers, whose employment includes periods during which the worker does not have paid work at his disposal from the employer, may obtain the agreement of their employer for the annual collection of wages: 3.11.2 The amount of the higher contribution allowance is also 5% of the wage/salary rate of the existing worker (without supplement) for the period during which the worker performs the tasks and assumes responsibility for the higher rank. 3.8.1 Step progression within grades is annual, provided the worker meets or exceeds the service standards assessed by the employer on the basis of job description and/or written requirements.
3.14.1 When a worker works 52 weeks a year, there is nothing to prevent a written agreement between that worker and his employer on the payment of a set of wages including allowances and/or overtime. Such an agreement is signed by the worker and the employer and clearly defines the different elements of the remuneration package. This provision is intended to provide a mechanism for simplifying the management and operation of the collective agreement of schools and not to penalise the employee with regard to his rights under that agreement. 3.15.9 In the event of absence from sick leave or national leave, a worker is paid for these days at an annualized rate of fourteen days, provided that he is entitled to pay for those days in accordance with points 6.5 or 6.6 of this collective agreement. 3.6.7 When one or more position elements are assessed by the employer at different levels, the employer decides the rank of the position by assessing the rank most suited to the requirements of the position.
